This award is intended for the recruitment agency/RPO that provides the most effective/best workplace environment for promoting and supporting creativity, high morale, productivity, the right for all employees to bring their authentic self to work, and collaboration on the job. Also considered are the Return on Investment in creating such an environment for staff, clients and candidates and impact on employee engagement. Crucial to this award is demonstrable action and achievement in creating a diverse workplace environment for your own staff. This year, the award also offers nominees the opportunity to demonstrate and showcase their triumphs over adversity in creating a cohesive and collaborative workplace or series of workplaces in the wake of the global Covid-19 pandemic crisis and if relevant, international conflicts outside the UK.

This award recognises demonstrated action and achievement in one or more of the ESG arenas while also providing outstanding recruitment services and retention support to the rest of the organisation.

This relates to the development and execution of a collaborative effort by recruitment organisations, overarching recruitment groups and other recruitment collectives to recruit individuals from protected characteristic or underrepresented groups into the recruitment industry and/or profession. The award recognises the bringing together of peers and competitors to improve the diversity within recruitment to better reflect the UK or local population and provide better services in recruitment and retention overall as well as in individual organisations.
